The VA New York Harbor Healthcare System, Brooklyn campus has a requirement that the Contractor shall lease to the Government Olympus bronchoscopes and associated equipment with an option to purchase. The purpose of the equipment lease, and full-service maintenance agreement is to reduce service costs and improve equipment turn-around time and reliability. This is a firm-fixed price FSS task order contract with a period of performance of October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021 with two option years, and a purchase option. Equipment Lease consists of the specific scopes and associated equipment listed in the attached Limiting Sources Justification. The estimated value of the awarded action is up to $486,164.35 ($161,454.39 NAC FSS value; $324,709.96 open market value). Prices for purchase option are pre-priced and the estimated contract value is based on a full 36-month lease with purchase option exercised at end of contract term.
