The Army Contracting Command – New Jersey has a construction requirement for a Chiller Replacement at the Oswego – Fort Ontario United States Army Reserve Center (USARC) located at 60 E Ninth Street, Oswego, NY 13126. The contactor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision and technical expertise to perform requirements in accordance with the Specifications Of Work (SOW). All repairs outlined in the SOW shall be performed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code that apply to the principal nature of the acquisition: 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a size standard of $16,500,000.00.
