The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Flir Systems, on other than full and open competitive basis to supply 1each ISC9809 ROIC wafer 1 6-inch wafer with 67 A-grade die, P/N 406-9809-57-02; 1 each Probe card for the ISC9809, P/N 250-0123 Rev 100. Additional specifications will appear in the RFQ. Sole source based on replacement parts to Flir Systems. (Microsoft IE Required). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
