"SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. SLAC has a requirement for a fabrication of a set of 12, 200-millimeter-diameter, silicon wafers with custom Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconducting (CMOS) imaging sensors.
The process should have a minimum feature size of 150 nanometers or finer and have a minimum of 6 metal layers, metal-insulator-metal capacitor structures, diffusion contact to p-type substrate, and a deep n-type well implant.
Reticule and chip area of 9.51 mm by 25.8 mm or larger.
Substrate wafer should have a bulk resisitivity of 200 Ohm-cm to higher.
The vendor will provide a comprehensive technology design kit compatible with standard integrated circuit design tools. SLAC will supply a custom design file in GDS format.
Provide a price and lead time quotation with signed Representations & Certifications by no later than June 27, 2016.

Source selection will be based on lowest price technically acceptable method.

The resulting purchase order will be issued a fixed price basis. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory Terms & Conditions for Non-Commercial Supplies and Services M364 (Rev 17Feb2015) will be made a part of the resulting order.
