The General Service Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease Class A office space in North Charleston, South Carolina. The space offered must consist of approximately 517 Rentable Square Feet.
Location
The U.S. Government intends to negotiate a sole source procurement for office space identified to meet the agency's mission requirements located at 4600 Goer Drive, North Charleston, SC 29406-6500. Government will consider alternate locations only if the Government finds it advantageous to do so, in consideration of any economic factors, relocation, tenant improvement, and mission-based factors.
The offered buildings must be of Class A quality and of sound and substantial construction. The buildings must be located within the following delineated area of consideration.
North: I-526
East: Rivers Avenue
South: Dorchester Avenue
West: I-26
Square Footage Requirements
The proposed office buildings for lease must be able to accommodate a minimum of 450 ANSI/BOMA office area/useable square feet and related space. The buildings for lease must be able to accommodate 5 paved surface parking spaces.
Term
The term of the lease will be ten (10) years, five (5) year firm. The Space is required on or about May 1, 2011
Required
All services, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as apart of the rental consideration. Offered property must accommodate growth of tenant.
