Contractor is to provide a complete design, all materials and labor to enclose a walkway between two buildings. The walkway is to be approximately 45 feet in length, 7 feet in height and 16 feet wide. The design of the walkway should conform to existing aesthetics of the buildings. The design will also include a solid vinyl or aluminum base which will extend approximately 4 feet up from the floor, safety grade, energy efficient windows, two double doorways, one set on either sides walkway. Doorways will meet all ADA guidelines. Contractor is responsible for all demolition, electrical requirements and any other unforeseen occurrences while installing above units including removal of any demolition debris from the existing temporary walls and any demolltion debris resulting from the new construction.
