This is a fixed cost bid to be invoiced in equal monthly installments over a 36 month period with 2 (two) optional 12 month extensions. Bid as specified - Bid variations from the requested specifications of the university must be noted in the comment section of the supplier's e-bid proposal for each deviation in specification. Failure to comply with this notification requirement for variations from the university's requested line item specifications will result in the disqualification of the supplier's bid. With the exception of a legitimate qualified contractor error; such occurrence will disqualify the qualified contractor from future university request for bid opportunities.
