NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) plans to approve a Justification for Other Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) to lease 41,841 rentable square feet of space at the 8660 Cherry Land, Suites 22-27, Laurel, Maryland.

The Government intends to award a lease agreement to St John Properties, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1.
