Seeks Leased Warehouse Space

Helena, MT

 The United States Government seeks to lease warehouse space between 975 to 1000 contiguous rentable square feet in Helena, MT.  The space should yield around 850 usable square feet. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced.  Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 1, 2010.  The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.   The delineated area is the boundary marked by the following points:

• North on Canyon Ferry Road
• South on Highway 12/287
• West on Interstate 15
• East on Wylie Drive

Other applicable requirements include:

• A fenced wareyard approximately 700 sq ft in size
• A 10' gate at either end of the wareyard
