The City of Santa Ana is seeking to construct median protected bike lanes on portions of Warner Avenue between Oak Street and Grand Avenue. The project will install around ¾ mile of two-way median protected cycle track. Five (5) hard copies are required to accompany an electronic submittal of the complete proposal package on PlanetBids. One of the hard copies shall be marked as “ORIGINAL” and be signed by a company official with the power to bind the company, and submitted to the City of Santa Ana.
