Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections (Owner) for the project entitled Washington State Prison Plumbing Project in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. This project includes the replacement of designated water lines and features and installation of a water circulation and filtration system to regulate water temperature and stagnation to help prevent Legionella bacteria growth (See Section 01010, Summary of Work). GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
