The Fort Wainwright Directorate of Public Works is in need of a non-personal services contract to provide waste collection services at the Seward Military Resort. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing these services. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non- personal services necessary to provide waste collection services at the Seward Military Resort as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). All work performed by the Contractor shall be in compliance with all known and applicable Federal, State, and U.S Army regulations and laws, and standard industry practices for this work. In the event of conflict between regulatory guidance, Federal law(s) shall govern. The work performed under this contract is necessary to ensure continuous, safe, and reliable waste disposal that supports the customer’s mission.
