1. Monthly Container Rental for Open Top 30 Yard Roll Off for refuse/trash. Price is to be the rental cost per container. Estimated normal monthly quantity is four (4) each (1 at KICC), (3 at KEC). However during the KY State Fair and two weeks before and one week after the estimated minimum acceptable quantity is fifty (50). A minimum of twenty-five (25) to be used on site during the Ky. State Fair, at least twenty (20) of these need to have flat bottoms so a small skid loader can push trash/bedding into and pack it into the front of the open top box (used in horse barns areas). Also a minimum of an additional twenty-five (25) available for livestock change over and final clean up. For the North American Intl Livestock Expo which is normally held during the first two weeks of November, a minimum of fifteen (15) units is required one week before, during and one week after the event. A minimum of twenty-five (25) additional units is required for livestock move outs and final clean up. Vendor must be able to supply these amounts. 2. Disposal Charge for Solid Waste per TON. The price will be for both facilities KY Exposition Center and KY International Convention Center. The necessary incinerator and dumping ground permits and fees are the responsibility of the vendor. 3. Hauling Charge per TRIP This will be for both Facilities KEC and KICC. Straight time hours must be 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday thru Friday and 6:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday. Vendor shall have available sufficient trucks to maintain a consistent level of services to the KY Exposition Center and the KY International Convention Center in the event of breakdown, damage or other causes which might inactivate the equipment used to service these requirements. Vendor shall identify the total number of available trucks equipped to handle roll off containers, open top containers and compactor units. One (1) truck with operator will need to be available during the KY State Fair in August and the North American International Livestock in November for KEC only. 4. Some shows will require after hour services. This amount will be charged if service hours not covered under the straight time hours listed on Line 3. 5. Disposal Charges for Recyclable Waste. The necessary incinerator and dumping ground permits and fees are the responsibility of the vendor. Recyclable material will mainly consist of animal bedding used during the shows, i.e. straw, mulch, wood, shavings, etc. Recyclable material will consist of no more than 2% waste/trash material. 6. Straight time hours are 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday thru Friday and 6:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday. 7. Some shows will require after hour servicing. This amount will be charged if it is hours not covered under straight time hours listed on Commodity Line 6. 8. Vendor will haul both cardboard and scrap metal to approved recycling centers. Any moneys will be paid to the KY State Fair Board by check and forwarded to the Administrative Services Dept. at P O Box 37130 Louisville KY 40233 9. 25 Cubic Yard Sealed Compactor. Location of this one compactor to be at KY. International Convention Center 3rd Street, Lower Level Dock Area. Price bid is to be rental for each one per month. Remove and replace upon request of KICC Personnel. 10. 20 Yard, Open Top Roll Off for refuse/trash. Monthly Rental. To be emptied upon request of KEC and KICC Personnel. Vendor to supply one (1) at KICC 2C2D street level dock area and (1) at KEC Lot G. Price bid is to be rental per month. 11. Two (2) 34 Cubic Yard Sealed Compactors. Monthly Rental. Location of these compactors to be at KY International Convention Center 2nd Street and 3rd Street Dock Areas. Price bid is to be rental for EACH one per month. Remove and replace upon request of KICC and KEC Personnel. KEC may need up to six (6) Temporary Units, minimum of 32 Yard Sealed Compactor rentals, for special events such as the KY State Fair in August. 12. 42 Yard Compactor Box Rental for Loading Dock. Two (2) Units at KEC, locations are Southwing B and Northwing 13. 8 Yard Front Load Container Rental on an as needed basis and up to Eight (8) during the KY State Fair in August 14. Per Ton Disposal Rate for Compactor 15. Compactor Haul Rate Trailer per Pickup for Westwing Transfer Station at KEC. 16. Transfer Trailer 100 Yard Rental per Month for (2) two units. When a full trailer is pulled, an empty one can be immediately placed.
