The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Central Elmore Water and Sewer Authority, Wetumpka, Alabama, for CLIN 0001: to establish water and sewer service at the Vigilant Warrior Training Site, 245 Lakeland Drive, Titus, Alabama, 36080. This will be a firm-fixed price contract with economic price adjustment. The planned duration for this contract is 25 March 2010 through 30 September 2010, with 4 additional option years beginning 1 October 2010. If there are any other businesses that can provide the services associated with the CLIN provided above, they must respond to this notice before 12:00 pm CST on 25 March 2010. If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be issued to Central Elmore Water and Sewer Authority.
