This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for a possible Standing Quote Agreement (SQA) for Water Canteens.  Please see the RFQ for the complete requirements.  Offerors must meet the conditions, specifications and requirements in the RFQ.  Please read the attached RFQ thoroughly, and complete it in its entirety before submitting it back via e-mail to [email protected]before the stated closing date and time.  Only e-mailed offers will be considered.  This procurement is open to all vendors (registered in CCR).  Please note evaluation criteria as lowest price technically acceptable (see evaluation criteria in RFQ).  FOB Destination.  Award will be made on an item-by-item basis (M-FSS-301-A).
