The Floyd County Jail is seeking bids for the removal of old equipment and installation of Four (4 ) Rinnai Tankless Duo Demand Hybrid Heating System to include four (4) new gas regulators and any other items, materials and equipment that are necessary. Also included would be the removal of old equipment and installation of One (1) Rinnai Tankless Duo Demand Hybrid Heating System to include one (1) new gas regulator and any other items materials and equipment that are necessary. These will occur in two different areas and the Water Heaters should be Rinnai Demand Duo, Natural Gas, 199,000 BTU, 119 Gallon Capacity or equal. Other brands with equal or better specifications will be accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held. The pre-bid meeting is mandatory. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on February 6, 2023. Location of said meeting is in the Work Site Located at 2526 New Calhoun Hwy., Rome, Georgia 30161.
