The Water Washout Tester shall have the capability of/include:

a. Comply with test method ASTM D1264
b. A built-in heating system
c. Capable of conducting tests at both 38 and 79 degrees Centigrade (C) +/- 1.7 degrees C.
d. Have a water flow rate adjustable to 5 +/- 0.8 milliliters (ml) per second.
e. Have a bearing operating speed of 600 +/- 30 revolutions per minute (rpm).
f. Must include 25 test bearings.
g. Must include 2 ASTM 15C Thermometers..
h. Operate on a 115V, 60HZ

The contractor shall provide a comprehensive one-year parts and labor warranty that includes technical.. assistance by phone. The contractor must have on staff qualified, trained technicians to service the tester.
