propose is to serve citizens' homes of the Tuscarora Nation and Tonawanda Seneca Nation with individual wastewater treatment systems at various locations throughout their respective Nation Territories including various locations in Niagara, Erie and Genesee Counties in New York. All of the homes to be served by this project are classified as New, Like New Homes or Existing, in accordance with IHS service criteria.
