Bids will be opened at City Hall, 100 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. on Monday July 22, 2024 at 1pm, and bids will be due on Monday July 22, 2024 at 9:00am. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Waukegan, Illinois 60085-4316 and shall be received before Monday July 22, 2024 at 9:00am. Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a completed, notarized application form and submitted on the enclosed proposal form.
