QUESTION: Regarding specification j. of line item 0001, Labview software development kit or drivers for a NIST-owned National Instrument LabView software site license - There are 3 different software development kits available: Base, Full, Professional. What operating system is required for the drivers or kit and which development kit is required?

ANSWER: A basic or "Base" software development kit is required. An extensive, "Full", or "Professional" software development kit is not necessary, but is acceptable. The drivers or software development kit shall be for Microsoft Windows XP or Windows 7.
