This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The objective of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to set up multiple agreements for Waxed Seedling Boxes for the Boise National Forest at Lucky Peak Nursery.
The nursery will need 100% recyclable corrugated fiberboard boxes, 32" (long) x 14 ½" (wide) x 9 3/4 "(deep) self-locking top (D/C lock top) with Robo bottom, C flute, 275# kraft 69-33-69 with vynamil water resistant starch. Fully recyclable wax impregnated construction with wax on the inside and outside liners and the medium. Four-inch overlap on top flaps. Hinged oblong hand-holds (3.5" wide x 1" high) centered and positioned 3" from top of box.
