William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), in coordination with The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Huntsville Engineering and Support Center Contracting Office (HNC) and in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), intends to make a sole source award to License Dashboard LTD for a License Dashboard Support and Maintenance Agreement. WBAMC requires the purchase of the License Dashboard software and maintenance support to continue to use its capability within the medical center to document and maintain software licensing and software readiness of all software currently in operation on the WBAMC campus. The anticipated source is License Dashboard LTD, located at Blenheim House, York Road, Pocklington, York, North Yorkshire, YO42 1NS, United Kingdom. This is not a formal solicitation or request for quote. This synopsis of intent is to give notice of the Government's intent to make a sole source award. Contractors who can provide WBAMC with license dashboard in accordance with the synopsis listed below are invited to electronically submit an affirmative, written response indicating a bona fide ability to meet this specific requirement. Specifications for this requirement have been attached. Responses should appear on company letterhead and include, at minimum, affirmation of active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), your Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number, any applicable processed credentials and qualifications, and any applicable pricing data or information.
