A website and smartphone application that provides 72 hour winter precipitation forecasts and 48 hour pavement and bridge temperature, frost and winter precipitation accumulation forecasts tailored for all the counties in the state of Missouri and supported 24 hours a day and seven days a week from notice of contract award to April 15, 2024.
