The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS),  Veterinary Services (VS) LC, National Veterinary Stockpile (NVS) program seeks quotes to  secure a single  award 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to supply weatherproof barcoded swine backtags.   

The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS),  distributes swine backtags for all United States (U.S.) livestock markets and slaughter facilities, storing stores its inventory in multiple locations and in sufficient volume to ensure its ability to respond to multiple, large-scale, simultaneous animal disease outbreaks. Quotes must clearly demonstrate ability to comply with the specifications of the backtags, time frame and the delivery requirements specified in the Solicitation attached hereto.

The agency requests swine backtags that are state specific, individually lettered/ numbered, weatherproof, rigid, and barcoded, among other detailed specifications.  This procurement is  a small business set-aside.
