Amendment 000001 is issued to extend the RFQ deadline and provide the SEC's responses to RFQ questions.   The deadline for submission of quotes is hereby extended to 5:00 PM EST on March 6th, 2018.   All quotes must be submitted to [email protected] and [email protected] by no later than the deadline.   The SEC's responses to RFQ questions is posted in the attachment "SEC Responses to RFQ Questions."  All other terms of this RFQ remain unchanged.  




The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, 100 F Street, NE, Washington,DC 20549, intends to procure a subscription to a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) web-based platform that provides federal, state, and international securities information, commodities and derivatives information, and stock exchange publications. The Combined Synopsis Solicitation #50310218Q0023 is provided as an attachment.

NOTE: The SEC will only accept responses from companies that currently have a COTS platform that provides all licensed content listed in Attachment 1 - Requirements List. The SEC is NOT seeking sources for development of a new solution or customization of a platform to acquire/add the required content. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation attached to this notice and RFQ attachments provide all information for this RFQ.
