This is a request for proposal for Web/Aqua Logic Legacy Software Maintenance the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) requires. The NGA plans to issue a sole source firm fixed price order in accordance with FAR Part 12. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210. The Government requires maintenance on legacy software from Oracle Americas, 1910 Oracle Way, Reston, VA 20190. Oracle Americas is the only contractor who can provide the maintenance NGA requires on the Web/Aqua Logic Legacy software products. Contract period of performance is a base year and two option years. Delivery is FOB Destination. Delivery will be made to: NGA Arnold, 3838 Vogel Rd., Arnold, MO 63010-6238, Attn: Carol Tankersley EPNA MS L-063.

Vendors must be approved and registered in Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) before award can be made.
