Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid The Battery Park City Authority (“BPCA”) is seeking proposals from individuals or companies experienced and qualified in web design to provide ongoing maintenance; licensing updates and technical support; content updates; new web pages or menu items; updated graphics; additional forms; and changes to structure, design and content to the Battery Park City Authority website at bpca.ny.gov. The successful Proposer shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and all other ancillary (administrative, insurance, reporting, overhead, employee training, etc.) necessary for the performance of all the services as described in the Scope of Work.
