 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subparts 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and no written solicitation will be issued.  This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).  The RFQ clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 31-Correction dated 4/20/2009.  The NAICS code for this requirement is 511210.  This RFQ is being issued on as a Small Business Set Aside.   FAR Provision 52.212-1, 52.212-2, and 52.212-3 apply to this acquisition.   The Period of Performance for this requirement is anticipated to be 9/29/2009 - 9/28/2010.  Source selection will be based on a lowest cost, technically acceptable basis.  FOB Destination pricing is preferred.
