WEEKLY BREAD DELIVERY

Bread deliveries are normally Monday except for holidays.
Bread deliveries will be accepted between the hours of 0730 and 1200.
Bread must be delivered on plastic racks or single layer disposable cardboard boxes. Bread must be fresh (not frozen).
Replacement items are not authorized without prior approval from food service representative designated.

This proposed contract action is for one base year, Plus One (1) Option year for delivery of fresh bread to be made to the Naval Hospital Bremerton WA, One Boone Road, Bremerton WA 98312-1898. The anticipated period of performance is 01October2016 - 30September2017. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is, 311812, with a size standard of 500 employees.
This procurement will be solicited as Unrestricted; all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will only consider firm, fixed price quotations.
Bread order will be placed each week No later than Thursdays for Delivery Mondays (Excluding Federal Holiday - than delivery will be Tuesday) Must be delivery of fresh bread. Not frozen.
