The requested item is merely to demonstrate the desired minimum features and aspects of the College. If an alternative item is offered, supplier must note it is an alternate and provide all specifications, literature, documentation and provide at least three complete references including contact name, company, phone number and email of current users of the proposed unit or bid will be deemed non-responsive and be removed from consideration.
