The City of Davenport is accepting bids from qualified contractors for full-width reconstruction, including: pavement removal, new subbase, PCC paving with integral curbing, PCC sidewalk and driveway approaches, ADA ramps, topsoil, and seeding for West 54th St. between Davie St. and North Howell St. All inquiries must be submitted electronically via the Questions tab of the bid. Vendors must login to the e-bidding system in order to submit a bid. Each tab must be reviewed and responded to accordingly. No other methods of bids will be accepted. They must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system; no emails, no faxes, no paper copies, or any other method will be accepted.
