CITY OF WEST LINN WEST LINN WATERFRONT PLAN Proposals due 5:00 pm, December 14, 2022 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The City of West Linn seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide professional planning services to complete the West Linn Waterfront Plan. The ideal consultant will bring: • Experience in long range planning proc esses • Experience with public outreach and engagement processes • Experience with writing develop ment codes and design standards • Experience working with local govern ment elected and appointed officials Proposals will be evaluated on the recommended approach to the tasks presented in the project scope, including an outline of a public engagement strategy, outreach methodologies, and proposed timeline.
