Supplemental Bulk Fuel Purchase for Western Pacific and Middle East Regions

Description:
This is a supplemental procurement to the basic WestPac program, SPE600-15-R-0715, and covers additional requirements for JP8. Due to unusual and compelling urgency, in accordance with FAR 6.302-2, this procurement will be solicited to Hyundai Oilbank only. In accordance with FAR 6.305(B), the Justification and Approval for this action will be posted within 30 days after contract award.

Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP8), NSN: 9130-01-031-5816

Quantity: 5,000,000 U.S. Gallons (USG), Purchase Program 1.1h

Delivery Period:
Under Purchase Program 1.1h, the delivery period is from October 1, 2016, through December 31, 2016, plus a 30-day carry-over period. The 30-day carry-over period allows for delivery of orders placed prior to the end of the ordering period.

The basic solicitation, SPE600-15-R-0715, remains available on www.fedbizopps.gov as well. Please be advised that a hard copy solicitation will not be available. If you intend to submit an offer, please return a completed and signed Offeror Submission Package to the DLA Energy bid custodian before the closing date and time. E-mail offers are authorized via [email protected].  The items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars.
