NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Purchasing at their office in the Administrative Services Finance Department in the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225, for purchase of the following: FN303 Mark 2 Less-Lethal Launchers UNTIL: 2:30 PM, Tuesday, October 19, 2021 At which time and place the bids will be opened live/virtual (via GoToMeeting), and read aloud. All bidders and any other interested people are invited to attend the live bid opening via GoToMeeting. Late submittals will not be considered. Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office is seeking bids for the purchase of 80 individual FN303 Mark 2 less-lethal launchers, associated equipment, and accessories.
