Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), Albany State University is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to accept bids for Wheatstone Radio Consoles and Accessories, per the attached Bid Specifications. Pricing must include all applicable costs for products or services, including any applicable shipping charges FOB Destination to Albany, Georgia, and all other requirements as outlined in the Specifications. All questions must be submitted to the Purchasing Office via the Questions function on this solicitation. Prospective bidders should only contact the Albany State University Purchasing Office regarding this solicitation. THIS IS A SOLE BRAND BID - SUBSTITUTIONS TO THE LISTED BRANDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Single Award: Any contract award resulting from the RFQ will be made to the lowest, responsive and responsible supplier meeting all specifications and with whom the University of Georgia has reached agreement on all contract terms and conditions.
