Solicitation N00421-15-T-0299 is issued as a competitive procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a competitive basis for Whip Antennas, MFR: ARA under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.

This is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.

This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide.

The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than 12:00 Noon Eastern Standard Time 17 June, 2015.. Award will be made to the vendor that submits the lowest, aggregate, firm fixed-price, brand name quotation. The Government will not pay for any information received.
