1-Qty Transcoder: Radio Frequency spectrum recorder with RF playback to enable training on closed signal environment. Equipment must be able to capture or be programed with up to 100 MHz of RF spectrum between 100KHz - 6GHz frequencies to match Company organic systems. System must be ruggedized and man-packable. System must not need tethered connection to operate.
3 year system maintenance which must cover both software and hardware upgrades and repairs.
