Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept sealed bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections (Owner) for the project entitled Baldwin State Prison Mechanical Upgrades Phase II in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. This project includes the roof replacement of existing building roofing systems, including the Front Entry Building, the Administration Building A, six 6) Dormitory Buildings D, E, F, G, H, and J, and the Back Gate Building with a single ply PVC membrane roofing system. The Service Building B and Dormitory L are existing metal roofs to be recovered with a single ply PVC membrane roofing system. (See Section 01010, Summary of Work). GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
