During the prebid meeting on July 15, 2010 at 10:30 am, Barry Collins the COTR for the project clarified that the 18" by 100' pipe at M.P. 1.54 was not to be removed. This pipe was intentionally left off of the work list and out of the contract because too much vegetation will be disturbed to remove the pipe.
