The Forest Service, Francis Marion and Sumter National Forests, Long Cane Ranger District, has a requirement for Wildlife Habitat work.  This project will consist of 850 hours of equipment rental for wildlife projects, 40 miles (approximately 80 acres) of planting various types of seed along linear strips of closed roads, and 40 acres of planting in wildlife openings.  This project is within the boundaries of Abbeville, Greenwood, McCormick, Edgefield, and Saluda Counties in South Carolina.  The period of performance will be from the date of the award for 365 days however each Line Item has different project time periods that must be followed. 

Funding is not available at the time of the initial posting of this solicitation.  Funding is anticipated to be in prior to the proposal due date or shortly after the proposal due date.
