Those interested in this project should log in to the Willamette Print & Blueprint Inc. website to view the solicitation documents and become a Bidding Documents Holder. The above-mentioned bidding documents can also be obtained in hard copy only from Central Print and Reproduction Services http://centralreprographics.com. All hard copy reproductions are to be paid by the Prime-Bidder, sub-bidders and/or suppliers. Briefly, the project consists of the demolition of an existing 1-story wood frame building of approximately 8,000 sf and associated site items. Construction of a new 15,000 sf, 2-story, CTE building on the site of existing demolished wood framed building. Program spaces consist of culinary kitchen and robotics shop with supporting classrooms on the ground floor, (4) classrooms on the upper floor, with support spaces including inclusive restrooms with a common wash area on both levels. Construction to be wood frame with concrete slab on grade and built-up flat roofing system. Exterior to be clad in metal panels A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday November 15, 2022 at the existing Print Shop to be demolished at Willamette High School, 1801 Echo Hollow Road, Eugene, OR 97402 at 3:30PM.
