CITY OF ROSEBURG WINCHESTER STREET AND BEULAH AVE PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENTS Bids due 2:00 pm, June 9, 2020 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Project Name: Winchester Street and Beulah Ave Pavement Improvements Project Number: 20PW01 Project Description: The work proposed consists of pavement rehabilitation, ADA improvements and associated work in the City of Roseburg. Pavement rehabilitation will be completed on Winchester Street from Stephens Street to Diamond Lake Blvd and on Beulah Ave. from Central Ave. to its end. ADA improvements will be completed on Winchester Street, including reconstructing curb ramps at 24 corners. Bids are due by 2:00 p.m. on June 9, 2020 All bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m. Additional forms disclosing first tier subcontractors are due by 4:00 p.m. No bids shall be received after this date and time.
