Summary Request for Proposals The City of Brentwood is seeking proposals for Purchase and installation of playground equipment at Windy Hill Park. The Request for Proposals documents are available through the City’s e-Procurement Portal, ProcureNow, or may be obtained at the Brentwood City Hall at 5211 Maryland Way, Brentwood, Tennessee, 37027, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Proposals must be submitted in the format specified in the Request for Proposals. All proposals will be due on Friday, November 17, 2023 at 4:00 pm local time. Questions concerning the Request for Proposals should be sent through the City's e-Procurement Portal, ProcureNow. Verbal submitted quotations will not be accepted. The City of Brentwood reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to waive any irregularities or informalities in a proposal, and to accept any proposal, which, in its opinion, may be for the best interest of the City. 1.2. Background The City of Brentwood wishes to purchase & have installed playground equipment for Windy Hill Park located Old Smyrna Road in Brentwood, Tennessee. A qualified company (General Contractor) must be able to provide the equipment and installation. The proposal must include a proposed playground design/layout based on the site plan provided by the City. The proposal must also include the prices for delivery and installation. Installation must be coordinated with the parks department after the site work for the playground is complete. 1.3.
