The Billings Area Indian Health Services, Northern Cheyenne Service Unit in Lame Deer, Montana intends to award on a sole-source base under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 with Range Telephone Co-Operative, 2325 East Front Street, Forsyth , MT 59327, for wired telecommunications services. Services to be provided include local and long distance wired telecommunications services. The purchase order shall consist of a 12 month period. Any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by September 24, 2015 by 2:00 p.m. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with requirements listed and show that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source acquisition to Range Telephone Co-Operative.
