The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal to serve families statewide under the Wisconsin Adoption and Permanency Support program. The objective of Wisconsin Adoption and Permanency Support program is to increase the state’s capacity to strengthen families by providing support to adoptive and guardianship families with a program designed based on the unique needs of adoptive and guardianship families. The State as represented by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) intends to use the results of this Request for Grant Proposal (RFP) to award a contract for one statewide program with a regional presence in the following five regions: Northeastern, Northern, Southeastern, Southern, and Western.
