This includes associated equipment in the Jackson Graham Building (JGB) and Carmen Turner Facility (CTF) locations, which covers the CB-EMIS servers, and CB-EMIS consoles (workstations). Service Contract Term: Five Years DBE: N/A Non-Federal Funded Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor -necessary to maintain, repair and/or replace the Authority-owned "PROTECT". The Contractor will furnish and install, at a minimum, all manufacturer-specified "consumable" parts and install operating systems required for servicing and maintaining the PROTECT system. For factory serviced items, the Contractor will maintain a component inventory (based on the manufacturers' recommended replacement schedule) to limit the downtime of a sensor unit to one workday following the Authority notification to the Contractor. Service maintenance and repair tasks will be in accordance with, and limited to, the procedures recommended by the sensor manufacturer: AIRGARD by MKS Instruments, CW Sentry Plus by ENMET Corporation, ChemSight by Avir, and RAID-AFM by Bruker Detection.
