WMATA is looking to procure a contractor to model WMATA traction power systems for Mainline and Storage Yards into the WMATA owned ETAP eTraX software for simulation purposes. The model will contain equipment ratings, track data, train timetable, rolling stock information and settings sufficient to perform substation equipment sizing and train performance simulation including voltage drop and losses calculation and yard storage capacity calculation. Task also includes training of WMATA engineers to run and update the software.
