The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit offers from qualified vendors for Hearing Conservation Testing and Information Management. WMATA intends to enter into a contract with an experienced and qualified vendor that is fully licensed to perform audiogram testing in the District of Columbia (DC) and states of Maryland and Virginia. The successful vendor will be expected to provide on-site and/or off-site and/or mobile testing services over a three (3)-year base period with two (2), one (1)-year option periods, at the discretion of the Authority. The work also includes online appointment scheduling; results analysis, tracking, and reporting; and the establishment of an information system to house data and create reports. The selected vendor will be required to report test results to individual employees and report testing metrics and other details to WMATA management on-demand.
