The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) hereby requests your participation in this solicitation, FIRPG211121/RCD, Station Platform Rehabilitation Program Contract 4. All prospective vendors responding to this solicitation must utilize WMATA's Construction Project Management Software System (PMSS), Procore. WMATA is seeking the services of a Design Builder to complete the design, construction, testing, and commissioning of five (5) Station Platforms (and access structures) and one (1) bridge rehabilitation project with the option for five (5) other bridge projects, all located on the WMATA Orange Line in NE Washington DC and Prince George¿s County, Maryland. A virtual pre-proposal conference is scheduled to be held on March 4, 2021 at 1:00 pm via the Microsoft Teams platform.
