The objective of this acquisition is to purchase battery bank charging systems where replacement is currently needed immediately at 6 locations within WMATAs rail system The outcome of this procurement is to provide WMATA power department with the proper battery bank systems to successfully replace the failing systems at F03AC, D98TB#1, D98TB#2, K01AC, B10PG and JGB penthouse This equipment is for use to provide proper backup for critical, revenue affecting systems throughout WMATA. There are currently 6 locations where the existing battery bank systems are failing and need replacement
